Already having a doctor in place, Ludmila worked with the Remedy’sRx store development team to turn their vacant 2100sq ft space into a pharmacy and medical clinic to conveniently service the Richmond Hill area.  The location took 8 weeks to complete once the city permit was approved.  The end result is a bright, fresh and welcoming interior, that showcases the vitamin lit wall that can be seen from the parking lot and which helps grab consumers attention.  Branding throughout the pharmacy reveals the MyHealth program with emphasis on helping you feel better.

The Richmond Heights Remedy’sRx and medical clinic are connected to one another, and by design there is enough space for patients to move between the clinic‘s waiting area and the pharmacy’s front shop making it convenient for patients to fill their scripts. This also allows Ludmila to greet and make contact with patients as they enter both the clinic and the pharmacy, which further demonstrates the strong partnership between the two health care providers.

Richmond Hill is a very multicultural area, Ludmila has the advantages of speaking 3 different languages to cater to the demographics. The word pharmacy is also written in Russian to make patients aware that the pharmacy is able to provide personalized attention. It is because of the one on one attention, and relationship between Ludmila and the doctor that this location is guaranteed to succeed.
