2011 COMMITTMENT TO CARE AND SERVICE AWARD
Lee Tuan, Pharmacist Owner, All About Health Remedy’sRx, Woodstock, Ontario, Winner: Integrated Pharmacy Program
As a personal trainer and a pharmacist with certification as a nutrition and wellness specialist, Lee Tuan is striking a chord with a growing number of patients since opening All About Health Remedy’sRx in Woodstock, Ontario, just over a year ago.
His commitment and focus is merging traditional medical care with natural health products and other self-care strategies. Tuan’s vision of personal wellness is based on his belief that everyone can learn to eat better, exercise safely and get the most out of their current medication regime.
Lee Tuan has made wellness consulting part of the store’s expanded pharmacy services. His frontshop is dedicated to health-related products including “best in class” natural health products (NHPs). He also actively seeks out partnerships with other healthcare providers, including naturopaths and family physicians who refer patients who can’t tolerate prescription drugs.
Lee says “Because of the integration, we can make our frontshop business work together along with our pharmacy business.”
Congratulations to Lee who is very excited to see what the future will bring.
