The Medication Planner helps you or your caregiver to monitor your medications. It can significantly reduce medication errors by eliminating the confusion that surrounds questions like when, how many, and at what times to take your medications.

Each blister corresponds to a specific time frame during the day or night. If you have problems remembering to take your medication, or can't remember if you did, you will immediately be able to tell just by looking at the blister package. This eliminates the need to sort out which medications to take, and when.

Does my doctor need to know that I'm using the Medication Planner?

Is there a fee for the Medication Planner?

The Medication Planner is a fee for service program from Axis Pharmacy. Your Axis pharmacist will review all of your medications and carefully arrange them in this blister package system. A detailed procedure is followed to ensure complete accuracy and quality control.
